# Middle East Operational Disruptions – Client Advisory

Atlas is closely monitoring the evolving situation across the Middle East, where certain partner carrier services are being **temporarily suspended or subject to schedule adjustments** due to airspace restrictions, operational constraints, and government advisories.

We are in active coordination with impacted airlines to ensure timely communication and policy alignment. Our Growth, Air Content, and Customer Operations teams are prioritising affected markets to support our Travel Seller partners.

#### What This Means for Bookings?

**Force Majeure** – Disruptions are managed under official airline force majeure (extraordinary circumstances) policies.

**Schedule & Involuntary Changes (INVOL)** – Re-accommodation and involuntary change handling will follow airline policy.

**Refund Processing** – Affected refund cases are being prioritised, subject to airline approval and fund release.

**Dynamic Schedules** – Flight timings and operations may change at short notice.

We recommend advising passengers to monitor flight status regularly and to review applicable airline policies before departure.

For real-time airline performance and updates, please refer to the Airline Status section in ATRIP.
