Once you are on board with us, you should be able to offer all the routes available with our partner airlines almost instantly.
Can we test the API functionality before we partner with Atlas?
We want you to test Atlas API functionality before you make a commitment, so take a minute to fill out this form, and we will get in touch with you within 2 working days. To protect our partner airlines, we need to confirm your details and get you to sign an NDA. As soon as we have verified your identity, your test credentials will be in your inbox.
Are there any restrictions on the API functionality for any of the airlines?
We want to offer maximum opportunities for both our partner airlines and travel agencies, so Atlas API supports all functionalities, as provided by Airlines.

If you could quickly fill out this form, we can put you in touch with a local Atlas representative to help you understand our pricing model in your country. Due to differences in currencies and regional regulations, the pricing may vary.

Does Atlas have a process of escalation for its customers?
Atlas always strives hard to maintain the highest quality of services to its clients while providing solutions to their daily transactional queries within a specified Turn Around Time (TAT) defined in the client’s SLA. However, there may be times when our team would be challenged in delivering the expected service levels and not meeting the defined SLA parameters.
We have a dedicated channel to escalate issues for which you are not satisfied with our resolution for a Service Request. It is designed to efficiently address our client's challenges. Please provide your inputs via [email protected].
• The Escalation Channel will handle all issues related to daily business transactions such as Ticket Orders, Post-Ticketing Service, and Refunds between Atlas and its clients.
• Emails received at the primary level will be requested to raise a Service Request on ATRIP.
• Atlas commits to resolve and satisfactorily close all escalations.
