How to apply for rescheduling?
For airlines within the scope of acceptance at Atlas, you can submit a Service Request and describe the rescheduling request. Atlas will arrange for staff to handle your request.
Rescheduling Path:
ATRIP -> Bookings -> My Bookings -> Booking Details -> Raise a Request

When submitting a request for rescheduling, please provide the following information:
Type of rescheduling (voluntary/involuntary)
Passenger name
New Itinerary
Note:
If you choose to voluntarily reschedule, kindly provide the maximum acceptable payment amount (including the airline's rescheduling fee and the price difference between the old and new flights) at the same time.
Once a rescheduling application is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn. Please proceed with caution.
The general processing time for voluntary rescheduling is 4 hours (limited to Atlas working hours), while for involuntary rescheduling, it is subject to the actual response time of the airline.
If the involved airline is not within the scope of Atlas' service, it is recommended that you contact the airline directly to handle matters related to rescheduling.
