Atlas Ancillary Services Scope

To strengthen our core service capabilities and deliver an improved customer experience, Atlas has strategically focused on addressing travelers’ most common and essential post-sales needs. This approach aligns with our current product strategy and operational priorities.

The following outlines the current scope of airline ancillary services supported by Atlas:

  1. Currently Supported Ancillary Services

Purchase of Additional Baggage Allowance (Post-Booking)

Atlas currently supports the purchase of additional baggage allowance for all airlines that are fully integrated with our system. Customers can easily complete this transaction using the “Add Ancillaries” function within Atlas.

We remain fully committed to maintaining a high-quality and seamless experience for this core ancillary service. Please visit the relevant guide: Post-Booking Baggage via ATRIP | Post-Booking Baggage via API

  1. Ancillary Services Currently Not Supported

At this stage, Atlas does not support online booking or purchase for the following airline ancillary services:

  • Seat Selection – including both paid and complimentary seat options

  • In-Flight Meal Booking – including pre-purchase of meals or special meal requests

  • Special Service Requests (SSR) – such as wheelchair assistance or other service-related needs

  • Other Unlisted Ancillary Products – such as cabin upgrades, online check-in, entertainment packages, and similar services

If you wish to access any of the above services, we recommend contacting the respective airline’s customer service directly or managing your booking via the airline’s official website or mobile app. This ensures that your request is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

  1. Future Development

Atlas continuously gathers customer feedback and evaluates market demand to guide future enhancements. As part of our long-term roadmap, we plan to gradually expand support for additional ancillary services in alignment with airline capabilities and customer needs.

Please stay tuned for future updates as we continue to enhance our ancillary service coverage.
