# Atlas Schedule Change Compensation Application Service Information

To support the efficiency of your business operations and maintain a high-quality service experience, we would like to clarify Atlas’s policy regarding compensation following a flight change, cancellation or delay.

Where a flight change, cancellation, or delay results in additional losses for the passenger — including but not limited to accommodation, transportation, meals, lost working time, or other itinerary-related costs — the relevant compensation application will be reviewed and determined by the airline in accordance with their conditions of carriage, applicable local regulations, and the specific circumstances of the event.

#### Scope of Service

As a flight fulfilment services platform, **Atlas cannot submit compensation claims to airlines on behalf of passengers, participate in the airline's liability determination process, or make commitments regarding compensation outcomes**. This is because such claims typically require:

* **Proof of the passenger's actual losses** — such as receipts for hotel stays, transportation, and other incurred expenses
* **Assessment of the relationship and airline liability** — determined by the airline based on the specific circumstances of the event
* **The airline's internal compensation policy, review process, and final decision**

#### Recommended Process

If you need to apply for compensation arising from a flight change, cancellation, or delay, we recommend that the passenger or relevant agent submit the claim directly through the airline's official website, official customer service channels, or designated complaint channels. This ensures the airline can review all relevant materials and process the application directly.

Should you require supporting documentation from Atlas — such as order information, ticketing records, or other transaction-related materials we are able to provide, please contact us. We will actively cooperate within the scope of our responsibilities to assist your application.

Atlas will continue to provide stable, efficient flight fulfilment services, and remains ready to assist with flight change-related ticket refunds and changes.
