# Atlas Ancillary Services Scope

At Atlas, we understand that ancillary products play a critical role in both revenue generation and traveller satisfaction.

To help our partners maximise conversion and enhance the end-customer journey, we focus on supporting the most in-demand and commercially impactful ancillary services both within the booking flow and for completion post-booking.

#### In-Flow Ancillary Services (During Booking)

Atlas supports a range of airline ancillary services directly within the booking journey, prior to booking confirmation. Where enabled by the airline and distribution channel, these services can be offered seamlessly to travellers at the point of purchase.

✅ **Supported In-Flow Products**

* **Baggage Add-On** (Prepaid Additional Baggage)

In-flow purchase of baggage for all airlines that offer this service

* **Seat Selection** (Paid & Complimentary, airline dependent)

In-flow seat selection for most airlines, including both paid and complimentary seat options (subject to airline availability and fare rules).

* **Fare Families**

Airline-branded fare families with bundled ancillaries (bags, seats, flexibility, priority).

The above services are available within the standard booking journey and are processed instantly alongside the ticket purchase.

#### Post-Booking Ancillary Services

After a booking has been confirmed, Atlas supports:

**✅ Supported Post-Booking Services**

* **Post-Booking Baggage Add-On**

Additional baggage allowance can be purchased **via ATRIP or API**. This service is supported for fully integrated airlines and remains a core, high-quality ancillary capability within Atlas.

Please visit the relevant guide: [Post-Booking Baggage via ATRIP](https://resources.atriptech.com/popular-topics/post-ticketing/post-booking-baggage-via-atrip) | [Post-Booking Baggage via API](https://resources.atriptech.com/popular-topics/post-ticketing/post-booking-baggage-via-api)

#### Ancillary Services Currently Not Supported

Atlas **does not support** the following ancillary services:

* Seat Selection - post-booking
* In-Flight Meal Booking – in-flow and post-booking purchase of meals or special meal requests
* Special Service Requests (SSR) – such as wheelchair assistance or other service-related needs
* Other Unlisted Ancillary Products – such as cabin upgrades, online check-in, and entertainment or Wi-Fi packages

If you wish to purchase any of the above services, we recommend **contacting the respective airline’s customer service directly or managing your booking via the airline’s official website** or mobile app. This ensures that your request is processed accurately and in a timely manner.

#### **Future Development**

Atlas continuously gathers customer feedback and evaluates market demand to guide future enhancements. As part of our long-term roadmap, we plan to expand support for additional ancillary services in alignment with airline capabilities and customer needs.

Please stay tuned for future updates as we continue to enhance our ancillary service coverage.
