# Requesting A Flight Change

For airlines within Atlas's scope of service, you can submit a Service Request via EVA and outline your flight change request. Atlas will assign a dedicated staff to handle your request.

Path: **ATRIP → Bookings → My Bookings → Booking Details → EVA → Existing Booking/Ticket Help → Flight Change → Voluntary Flight Change / Involuntary Flight Change → Raise A Request**

Note: For an airline where Flight Change is not supported by Atlas, clicking "Voluntary Flight Change/Involuntary Flight Change" will display a message recommending you to contact the airline directly.

When submitting the request, please provide the following details:

* **Type of flight change (Voluntary/Involuntary)**
* **Passenger name**
* **New Itinerary**

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Note:**

* If it is a voluntary flight change, please provide the **maximum acceptable payment amount including airline flight change penalty and price difference between the old and new flights.**
* Once a flight change request is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn. Please proceed with caution.
* Voluntary flight change generally takes 4 hours to process (within Atlas's working hours), while involuntary flight change is subject to the airline's response time.
* If the airline is not within Atlas's scope of service, we recommend contacting the airline directly to process the flight change.
