# Atlas Flight Change Policy Guidelines

#### **General Principles for Flight Changes**

Atlas typically does not directly handle flight change services, primarily due to the following reasons:

1）The process of changing a flight involves multiple steps, including passenger information verification, confirmation of available seats, and fee calculations, making the overall procedure relatively complex.

2）The additional fees, fare differences, and service charges required for changes depend on real-time airline pricing rules, cabin availability, and other dynamic factors, making it impossible to provide an accurate estimate in advance.

Therefore, **we recommend that you directly contact the respective airline through their official website or customer service call center** to inquire about the latest change policies and complete the necessary procedures. This ensures timely information synchronization and efficient, accurate processing.

#### **Special Circumstances Change Assistance Service**

Only under specific circumstances, such as when the airline permits changes solely through a ticketing agent (Atlas) (applicable airlines are listed below), Atlas may assist with flight change requests. However, the following conditions must be met:

**1) Application Time:** Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

**2) Processing Outcome:** Atlas does not guarantee that the change will be successful; it can only be completed upon confirmation from the airline.

**3) Service Fee:** A service fee will be charged for processing changes. Please refer to the contract between you and Atlas for specific details.
