# How to Obtain Proof of Schedule Change

You can obtain official proof of a schedule change using the methods below:

**Method 1: Through the Airline’s Official Email**

**If you use** [**Atlas’s email service**](https://resources.atriptech.com/popular-topics/notification/email-list)**:** \
Atlas automatically receives flight change notification emails sent by the airline. You can view these notifications in the **Email List** section on the **ATRIP Booking Details** page.

**If you do not use Atlas’s email service:**\
Atlas will not be able to retrieve schedule change notifications directly.

* If your company’s email address was used when issuing the ticket, the airline’s notification will be sent to your inbox.
* If the passenger’s email address was used instead, the notification will be sent directly to the passenger.

In either case, **please log in to the email account used during ticket issuance** — whether yours or the passenger’s — to check for any schedule change notifications sent by the airline.

**Method 2: Through the Airline’s Official Website**

You can also verify and obtain proof of a schedule change directly on the airline’s official website by following these steps:

1. **Locate the Access Point** \
Look for sections such as “Manage My Booking” or “Flight Status” on the airline’s homepage.
2. **Check Flight Information**

* On the **Manage My Booking** page, enter the passenger’s name, PNR, and any other required details to access the booking information.
* On the **Flight Status** page, enter the flight number and travel date to view the most recent updates.

3. **Obtain Proof of Change** \
If you find updates such as revised departure times, cancellations, or schedule adjustments, you can:

* Take a full-screen screenshot showing the change, or
* Use available options such as **“Send Itinerary Details” or “Print Itinerary”** to download or save the official confirmation as a PDF file.

These documents can serve as valid proof of flight change.

**Helpful tips:**

If you experience issues accessing the airline’s website:

* Try using a **different browser**.
* Switch to a **more stable network connection**, as some international airline sites may require stronger connectivity for proper access.
