# Top-up User Guide
This guide explains how to top up your ATRIP account balance and where to view the top-up details.
#### Top-up
Atlas supports top-up in your **local currency\*** — the most convenient option for your team, with the lowest transfer costs and fastest processing times. Your supported currencies are automatically matched to your trading account, so there's no manual configuration required.

\*Note: Local currency top-up is available for most trading currencies. At this time, INR is not yet supported.

**How to Submit a Top-up Request**
Path: **ATRIP → Financial → Top-up**
1. Select the preferred currency
2. Click “Top-up”
3. Submit the required details
Funds will be updated in your ATRIP account balance after payment verification and financial review.

Enter the net amount after deducting the bank charges levied by your bank. For example:
Transfer Amount: GBP 20,000
Bank Charges: GBP 15
Top-up Amount: GBP 19,985

**Please allow sufficient processing time for bank transfers and review. Delays may result in insufficient balance, which can affect booking or ticketing operations.**
#### Top-up Notifications
You may opt to receive email notifications when a top-up is successfully credited.
**Email Notification Details**
Notification emails include top-up amount, currency and transaction timestamp. Please reach out to your Account Manager to configure this email notification for your team.
