# Invoice Management

In ATRIP, you can view, download, and configure how invoices and billing statements are received.

Path: **ATRIP → Financial → Invoices**

All invoices available in ATRIP are listed here. You can download invoices and reconciliation statements using the **Download** button.&#x20;

**Permission:** Admin only

#### **Configuration**

Click **Configuration Rules** to open a slide-out window. Here you can set how invoices are received and manage the email recipients.&#x20;

**Invoice Cycle**&#x20;

* Customize the frequency of receiving invoices.&#x20;
* You can set different cycles for Tax Invoice & Credit Note and Billing Statement.&#x20;
  * Example: *Tax Invoice & Credit Note* = Monthly, *Billing Statement* = Weekly.&#x20;
* Available options include:&#x20;
  * Do not send&#x20;
  * Once a month&#x20;
  * By week (You can select one or more days from Monday to Sunday)

**Format**&#x20;

* Choose the format for *Billing Statement*: .csv or .xls&#x20;

**Email Subscription**&#x20;

* Add up to 10 email addresses to receive invoices.&#x20;
* Once updated, click **Confirm**.
* Please note that this has already been configured for the existing users. A new user will need to self-configure this section to receive the invoices. The default for a new user is “Do not send”.
