This guide walks you through each module available in ATRIP, based on the left-hand navigation menu, and explains what you can do in each section.
#### Home The [Home](https://atriptech.com/#/workspace) page is your ATRIP overview dashboard. Here, you can: * View key snapshots such as incident updates, recent performance metrics, refund status, and account balance. * Stay informed with Atlas News, including airline content updates, policy changes, and system announcements. * Quickly access commonly used actions like Airline List, Fare Search and API Documentation. The Home page helps you understand platform activity at a glance and decide where to navigate next. #### Airline List The [Airline List](https://atriptech.com/#/airline/list) module shows all airlines available on ATRIP. You can: * Browse the full list of Atlas’s LCC network including the available ancillary offerings, payment methods and booking window. * Open an airline’s detail page to view more operational notes. This module is especially useful for checking airline availability and offerings and staying updated on network changes. #### Fare Search The [Fare Search](https://atriptech.com/#/fareSearch/compare) module allows you to search and compare flight fares. You can: * Search for flights by route, flight date and airlines. * Compare fares across supported airlines. * Use search results for manual evaluation or operational guidelines. Fare Search is designed for pricing validation, route checks, and pre-booking analysis. #### Dashboard The [Dashboard](https://atriptech.com/#/dashboard/dashboard) module provides visibility in performance and activity insights relevant to your business. You can: * Monitor your booking trends and operational metrics. * Review performance indicators relevant to your business. * Track activity over time to support analysis and reporting. Dashboards help teams make informed decisions using real usage and performance data. #### Bookings The [Bookings](https://atriptech.com/#/order/list) module is where you manage existing bookings. You can: * Search and view booking records. * Check booking status and details. * Perform supported post-booking actions depending on airline rules. This module is central to day-to-day booking operations and follow-ups. #### Service Requests The [Service Requests](https://atriptech.com/#/request/list) module handles post-booking services. You can: * View and manage service requests such as refunds, changes, or name corrections. * Track request status and outcomes including Service Requests raised via EVA. * Review historical service request records. This module helps manage exceptions and post-booking efficiently. #### BYOA (Bring Your Own Agreement) The [BYOA](https://atriptech.com/#/byoa/list) module enables you to connect your own airline credentials directly to Atlas, instantly activating your airline content. You can: * Set up and manage your own airline credentials in ATRIP, activate it and instantly start providing content, without heavy tech lift. This module is designed for partners with direct airline relationships. You can: * View and manage balances and transaction records. * Track charges, credits, and settlement-related information. * Monitor financial status related to bookings and services. This module supports financial reconciliation and monitoring. #### Profile The [Profile](https://atriptech.com/#/profile/user) module allows you to manage your account settings. You can: * Update user and company information. * Create and manage users. * Manage preferences and access-related settings. * Review account-level details.
