# 精神航空 (NK) 停运及退款处理说明

**精神航空（Spirit Airlines，NK）**已宣布自 **2026 年 5 月 2 日**起立即停止运营。所有航班均已取消，精神航空的客服渠道也已关闭。 

舆途科技（Atlas）已第一时间为合作伙伴们处理相关事宜。请知悉以下安排。 

#### 一、变更情况 

* 精神航空（NK）所有航班即日起全部取消。 
* 航司端已无任何客户支持服务。 
* 舆途科技（Atlas）已同步下架 NK 航班数据。 

#### 二、退款处理 — 按支付方式对照操作 

退款方式取决于预订时使用的支付类型。

✅ **VCC 透传（VCC Passthrough）** 

无需做任何操作。退款将自动处理，并原路退回至客户的信用卡。 

✅ **Atlas Pay 余额支付** 

<mark style="color:$primary;">**请通过 ATRIP 取消预订**</mark>。待我们从 VCC 供应商收到退款后，会直接将款项退还给客户。&#x20;

**重要提示：**&#x7CBE;神航空正在统一自动退款，无需征得客户同意。除非退款出现严重延迟，否则强烈建议不要发起拒付争议（chargeback），以免造成重复退款或对账重复的问题。&#x20;

#### 三、其他美国航司不受影响&#x20;

其他美国航司的运营一切正常，包括：&#x20;

* 阿拉斯加航空（Alaska Airlines，AS）&#x20;
* 忠实航空（Allegiant Air，G4）&#x20;
* 边疆航空（Frontier Airlines，F9）&#x20;
* 太阳城航空（Sun Country Airlines，SY）&#x20;
