# SpiceJet (SG) Sales Temporarily Disabled

Following recent developments in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) proceedings involving SpiceJet and increased uncertainty around the airline’s financial position, Atlas has taken precautionary measures to manage exposure. As part of these measures, **SpiceJet content has been fully disabled as of 23 August 2026.** 

We will pause all new SpiceJet sales while we monitor the legal and financial situation. We are also assessing our remaining exposure, including future confirmed bookings and pending refund claims. 

**What this means for Atlas Travel Sellers:** SpiceJet inventories and booking capability will remain unavailable through Atlas during this temporary pause. Travel Sellers can continue using Atlas normally for all other available airline content. We will communicate any changes once the situation has been reassessed.
