VOID Service Fees

VOID requests are subject to Atlas VOID Service Fees effective for all VOID Requests submitted on or after 25 June 2026. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following Atlas VOID Service Fees shall apply:

USD 1 (or RMB 7) per VOID Request per PNR

VOID Requests are processed at the PNR level and do not support passenger-level or segment-level separation. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

Atlas VOID Service Fees shall only apply to VOID requests that are successfully processed and approved by the Participating Airline.

Good news for early adopters; Clients integrating the new VOID API by 30 September 2026 will have service fees waived for the first month.

Terms of Service

Atlas handles automated submission, status tracking, and result communication for all eligible VOID requests. Eligibility and approval decisions rest with the participating airline — Atlas will always communicate the outcome back to you promptly.
