Middle East Operational Update – Temporary Suspension of Selected Air Content

Due to unknown operational factors, we are currently experiencing high fulfilment failure rates, resulting in widespread sold-out situations at the ticketing stage.

To protect Travel Sellers from booking failures, post-booking cancellations, and refund delays, we have temporarily switched off content for the following carriers until performance stabilises:

  • Air Arabia (G9, E5, 3L)

  • Fly Jinnah (9P)

What This Means

  • New bookings: Temporarily unavailable on Atlas.

  • Existing confirmed bookings: Remain valid, subject to airline operational status and policy.
