# Middle East Operational Update – Temporary Suspension of Selected Air Content

Due to unknown operational factors, we are currently experiencing high fulfilment failure rates, resulting in widespread sold-out situations at the ticketing stage.

To protect Travel Sellers from booking failures, post-booking cancellations, and refund delays, we have **temporarily switched off content** for the following carriers until performance stabilises:

* Air Arabia (G9, E5, 3L)
* Fly Jinnah (9P)

#### What This Means

* **New bookings:** Temporarily unavailable on Atlas.
* **Existing confirmed bookings:** Remain valid, subject to airline operational status and policy.

For broader operational context, please refer to our previous [Middle East Operational Disruptions – Client Advisory](https://resources.atriptech.com/capability/atlas-news/middle-east-operational-disruptions-client-advisory) announcement.

Please reach out directly to your [**Account Manager**](mailto:globalgrowthteam@atlaslovestravel.com) if you have any questions related to the ongoing situation.
