# Wizz 航司售后处理说明

本说明适用于 Wizz 相关航司订单，包括 W4、W6、W9，涵盖退票、改期、乘客信息更正及辅营产品加购等售后处理规则。

### **一、售后操作处理规则**

根据 Wizz 航司要求，订单如需办理 [退票](https://www.wizzair.com/en-gb/help-centre/delay-cancellation-and-refund)、 [改期、乘客信息更正（如姓名修改）](https://www.wizzair.com/en-gb/help-centre/booking-modification/flight-change/date-time-and-destination-changes)等售后操作，需由乘客本人向航司提交申请，Atlas不能承接此类售后服务。乘客可使用出票邮箱登入航司官网的管理预定界面进行相关操作（点此查看 [如何查询出票预留信息](https://resources.atriptech.com/bang-zhu-zhong-xin/re-men-fen-lei/shou-hou-piao-wu/huo-qu-chu-piao-xin-xi/ru-he-cha-xun-chu-piao-yu-liu-xin-xi)）。

辅营产品加购，如行李、选座、餐饮等，可通过 **PNR** 和乘客姓氏在航司页面操作，无需登录 Wizz 账户。

### **二、退票及退款处理说明**

根据 Wizz 航司规则，退款通常会先以 **Wizz 账户积分 / 信用（Credit）** 的形式发放。该积分可用于后续购买 Wizz 航司机票或辅营产品。

如乘客希望获得现金退款，可根据航司规则将积分进一步转换为现金退款。现金退款需由航司退回至原支付方式后，方可进入后续退款处理流程。

待航司将现金退款退回至原支付方式后，不同支付方式的订单处理方式如下：

* **VCC 支付订单**：您可自行查看原支付方式的退款结果；
* **余额支付订单**：您可在 ATRIP 提交 [**Refund Claim**](https://resources.atriptech.com/bang-zhu-zhong-xin/re-men-fen-lei/shou-hou-piao-wu/tui-piao/ru-he-tong-guo-atlas-ren-ling-yi-cheng-gong-shen-qing-de-hang-si-tui-kuan) 退款申请，用于认领该笔退款。Atlas 若收到航司退款，将根据实际到账情况为您办理退款。

### 三、重要说明

Wizz 航司相关售后服务的可办理范围、申请结果、退款方式、退款金额及处理时效，均以 Wizz Air 的最终处理结果及实际资金结算情况为准。Atlas 无法保证特定处理结果，也不对申请被拒、处理延迟、部分退款或未获批准等情况承担责任。 

Atlas 可能会根据航司提供的信息，适时更新相关售后说明。由于航司政策及流程可能在不另行通知的情况下发生变化， Atlas 无法保证已发布信息始终与航司最新规则完全一致，也不对航司主动调整规则或流程所产生的影响承担责任。
