# 如何查询退票状态？

Atlas提供了两种查询退票状态的方法：**逐个查询**和**批量查询**。

1. **逐个查询**

**查询路径**: ATRIP -> 订单中心 -> 我的订单 -> 订单详情 -> 退票信息

退票状态会实时更新，您可以在此页面上查看最新进展。

2. **批量查询**

**查询路径：** ATRIP -> 订单中心 -> 退票单

**操作说明：**

1） 点击 “下载模板” 按钮，下载可用于批量查询的Excel模板

2）将需要查询退票状态的订单号填入Excel模板中（示例如下）

3）点击“批量搜索”按钮，并上传已经填写好的Excel文件

4） Excel文件上传完毕后，您便可以在当前页面查询到这些订单对应的退票/退款状态。
