# 如何查询实际退款金额？

* 对于支付方式为“预付款”的订单，可以通过ATRIP查询实际退款金额。
* 对于支付方式为“虚拟信用卡”的订单，Atlas无法确定实际退款金额。

对于**“预付款”**订单，Atlas提供了两种方式可查询实际退款金额：**逐个查询**和**批量查询**。

1. **逐个查询**

查询路径：ATRIP -> 订单中心 -> 我的订单 -> 订单详情 -> 退票信息 -> 退款总额

在退款完成之前，此处显示的“退款总额”为预估的退款金额。

在退款完成之后，即状态为“已退款”时，此处显示的“退款总额”为实际的退款金额。

2. **批量查询**

**查询路径**： ATRIP -> 订单中心 -> 退票单

**操作说明：**

1） 点击 “下载模板” 按钮，下载可用于批量查询的Excel模板

2）将需要查询退款状态的订单号填入Excel模板中（示例如下）

3）点击“批量搜索”按钮，并上传已经填写好的Excel文件
