# Atlas 受理哪些类型的退票？

Atlas 处理各种航空公司支持的退票类型，包括自愿退票、航班变动导致的非自愿退票、废票以及特殊场景下的退票（如重复出票退票、拒绝登机退票等）。

客户在出票时采用 Prepayment、VCC Passthrough方式，均可受理，不受原票支付方式的限制。

注意：

由于航司HD需要在退票过程中提供出票时的完整信用卡号，受PCI规则要求，Atlas无法保留该卡号，因此不支持航司HD在VCC Passthrough场景的退票；

由于病退/亡退申请涉及航空公司的复杂审核流程，需要提交大量证明并经过多方沟通，通过Atlas处理会严重影响效率。为确保服务质量和时效，我们暂无法受理“病亡退”业务，建议通过航司官方渠道直接办理。
