# Atlas 航变补偿申请服务说明

为明确航班变更或取消后相关经济补偿的处理责任，现说明如下： 

如因航班变更、取消或航班延误导致旅客产生额外经济损失（包括但不限于住宿、交通、餐饮、误工、其他行程损失等），相关经济补偿申请由航空公司依据其运输条款、当地法律法规及具体事件情况进行审核和决定。 

由于此类补偿申请通常涉及： 

* 旅客个人实际损失证明（如酒店、交通等费用凭证）； 
* 旅客与航空公司之间的运输关系及航司责任认定； 
* 航司内部的补偿政策、审核流程及最终裁定； 

Atlas 作为机票销售与履约服务平台，无法代表旅客向航空公司提交经济损失赔偿申请，也无法参与航空公司的责任判定或对补偿结果作出承诺。 

因此，如您需要申请因航变产生的经济损失赔偿，建议由旅客本人或相关代理方直接通过航空公司官方网站、官方客服渠道或指定投诉渠道进行申请，以便航空公司直接审核相关材料并给予处理。 

如申请过程中需要 Atlas 协助提供订单信息、出票记录或其他我们能够提供的交易相关证明材料，我们将在职责范围内积极配合。
