# Atlas邮件服务

### 1. 服**务前提**

### **2. 使用限制**

* 该邮件服务必须与Atlas的生单功能一起使用，不单独提供；
* 邮件的接收会受到邮件发送人和您所使用的网络环境等因素的限制，Atlas无法保证邮件接收的及时性，也不保证或担保Atlas发送的任何邮件都能被您接收到，或不会被过滤器拦截；
* Atlas提供的【邮箱账户详情】仅用于接收电子邮件，不提供发送或回复邮件的功能；
* 默认情况下，Atlas邮件服务是“未激活”的状态，只有直接与我们指定的客户经理沟通之后，他们才可以为您完成激活过程；有些航空公司要求使用Atlas邮件服务进行预订，Atlas会特别强调：使用Atlas邮件服务需要得到您的授权和同意。

### **3. 数据存储**

* 邮件服务的相关数据将在2年后（从收到邮件之日起计算）自动删除；
* 为确保数据完整性，Atlas无法提供单独删除邮件的功能；如果您向Atlas提交删除订单信息的请求，Atlas只能删除与该订单相关的所有邮件。

### **4. 责任限制**

* 在任何情况下，Atlas均不对因利润损失、数据丢失、使用损失、生产损失、合同损失、机会损失、折扣或回扣损失、数据毁坏、声誉或商誉损失而产生的任何直接性或间接性的损失承担责任；特别是，Atlas不承担任何未能及时接收航空公司邮件或未能及时处理航班变更通知的责任；
* 双方每笔交易的总责任不得超过Atlas对该笔交易收取的金额；
* Atlas不对邮件数据的丢失或损坏承担责任，除非经法院判定是由于Atlas的重大疏忽或故意行为导致的相应丢失或损坏；
* 如果发生服务中断，Atlas将尽最大可能及时通知到您。
