# Atlas 选座服务条款

本《选座服务条款》（以下简称“本条款”）适用于客户通过 Atlas API 及 Atlas 未来可能支持的其他渠道使用 Atlas 选座服务。客户使用选座服务，即表示同意接受本条款约束。

### 1. 服务说明

Atlas 选座服务支持客户通过 Atlas 的预订渠道，针对符合条件的订单，向相关航司申请并购买其提供的选座服务。

Atlas 作为技术及履约服务提供方，负责协助客户访问航司座位资源，并处理选座请求。Atlas 不管理、控制或保证航司座位库存。

除非 Atlas 另行通知，选座服务仅适用于符合条件的 Atlas 出票订单。对于非通过 Atlas 出票的订单，Atlas 暂不支持提供选座服务。

### 2. 航司控制的座位资源与履约结果

座位可售情况、座位属性、价格、座位图及选座规则，均由相关航司自行决定。

所有选座请求均以实际履约时航司的座位可用情况为准。客户通过 Atlas 查看或选择的座位，可能因航司库存变化或其他非 Atlas 可控原因，在成功履约前变为不可用。

当 Atlas 收到航司处理完成的确认时，视为该选座请求成功履约。

成功履约并不保证旅客最终一定能够乘坐所选座位。航司可根据其政策及运营需要，随时调整、更换或重新分配座位。

### 3. Atlas 选座服务费

Atlas 选座服务费将按照客户适用的商业协议、订阅方案或价格表中约定的选座费标准收取。

除非双方另有书面约定，Atlas 选座服务费在选座成功履约后即视为已产生。除非另有说明，所有费用均不含税费。

### 4. 客户责任

客户应自行负责核对订单及旅客信息，确认座位可用情况及价格，并遵守适用的航司政策。

因客户提供的信息不准确、不完整或存在错误而导致的问题，Atlas 不承担责任。

### 5. 退款与取消

座位购买仍受航司的退款、取消及辅营服务政策约束。除非双方另有书面约定：

* Atlas 选座服务费在选座成功履约后不予退还；
* 航司座位费用仅在航司允许的情况下方可退还；
* 无论原订单后续是否发生退票、改签、变更、取消或未使用，Atlas 选座服务费仍应照常支付。

### 6. Atlas 服务错误

如选座问题直接由 Atlas 系统错误或处理错误导致，Atlas 可进行调查，并根据实际情况确定适当的处理方案。

除客户商业协议或适用法律明确要求外，本条款不构成 Atlas 提供赔偿、退款或其他补救措施的义务。

### 7. 责任限制

对于航司的任何决定、行为、座位调整、政策变更，或其他超出 Atlas 合理控制范围的事件，Atlas 不承担责任。

在法律允许的范围内，Atlas 因选座服务产生的全部责任，以客户就已受影响订单支付的 Atlas 选座服务费总额为上限。

Atlas 不对任何间接、附带、后果性或惩罚性损失承担责任，包括但不限于收入、利润、商誉、商业机会的损失或旅客索赔。

### 8. 服务调整与权限限制

Atlas 可随时暂停、修改或终止全部或部分选座服务。

### 9. 条款接受

客户使用 Atlas 选座服务，即视为接受本条款，以及任何适用的 ATRIP 使用条款、商业协议、订阅协议、产品组合条款或辅营服务补充协议。
